Factors to consider when choosing a career path include: personality, employment opportunity, work-life balance, job security, job descriptions, training and education requirements, work activities and environment, personal qualifications and last but not least, earning potential. The most important thing to consider when choosing a career is that you must derive satisfaction it. It is not about the money as this will finish eventually or lead you to frustrations. There should be a derived joy from your chosen career path. It should not be a short cut to success or income earning; rather it should be focused on interest, passion and personality.
